These general conditions of sale apply to all services (hereinafter "the Treatments") and product sales concluded by **Aime Comme Marion** (Marion Galvani) with its clients.
The treatments offered are wellness and relaxation treatments, for non-therapeutic and non-medical purposes. They in no way replace medical advice or physiotherapy treatment. In case of doubt about your health, please consult your doctor before booking.
Marion Galvani reserves the right to refuse a service if she considers that hygiene or health conditions are not met, or if the client's behavior is inappropriate. In a framework of mutual benevolence, any lack of respect will result in the immediate cessation of the treatment and full invoicing for it.
Booking a treatment is done via the online calendar, by phone, or by email. A deposit may be required to confirm the appointment.
Strict cancellation policy: Any appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is due in full.
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. However, late cancellations prevent other clients from accessing the slot and cause a direct loss for the studio. Please notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend.
Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment.
In case of delay on your part, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly so as not to penalize subsequent clients. The entire scheduled service will remain due. Beyond a 20-minute delay, the appointment may be considered canceled and will remain billed.
Prices are given in euros (€) and are those in effect at the time of booking. The provider reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Payment is made on-site at the end of the service by cash, check, or credit card (via secure terminal).
Treatments: Once the treatment has been performed, no refund can be requested for any reason whatsoever.
Products & Gift Cards: The sales of cosmetic products and Gift Cards are firm and definitive. They give rise to no refund.
In case of withdrawal or return accepted exceptionally by the management, only a credit note (credit valid on a future service) can be issued. This credit note will be valid for a limited period determined at the time of its issue.
Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from their date of purchase.
The expiry date is indicated on the card. After this period, the gift card will no longer be accepted and the amount will be lost, with no possibility of refund or extension, unless there is exceptional and justified agreement (e.g. medical certificate). Gift cards are neither exchangeable for cash nor refundable.
The information collected during booking (last name, first name, phone, email) is necessary for managing your appointment and our customer follow-up. They are kept confidential and are never transmitted to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data upon simple request.
